Chief Executive Officer
Graham leverages fifteen years of experience in HR technology and recruitment marketing consulting to help clients optimize their candidate attraction and acquisition strategies. Prior to co-founding Change State, he led HR tech acquisitions and advised Fortune 500 companies on their strategic talent transformation.
Marty Predd
Co-Founder
With 15 years of market research expertise in consumer branding, Marty applies his data-driven approach to employer branding and talent acquisition. He specializes in helping organizations uncover actionable insights that enhance their recruitment marketing and employee engagement strategies.

Graham and Marty’s story began in middle school, where they met as rival trumpet players in Chicagoland during the ’90s. Fast forward 15 years, and these former competitors reunited in Seattle to launch Change State. Their initial vision to elevate recruitment marketing has blossomed into a full-service consultancy that’s redefining the future of talent acquisition.
